What condition does my old router need to be in?
The old router can be of any brand, model, or condition (working or non-working). The device must be a portable router or MI-FI device. Home routers, modems, or other electronic devices are not eligible. Netcom reserves the right to reject any device.
Can I do the trade-in online?
The Trade-in Program requires a physical assessment of your old device, so the trade-in must be completed in-store at our authorized locations.
What is the warranty period for the new router and the free gift?
The Prolink 5G Mobile Router DL-7211 comes with a 1-year local warranty.
