Performance & Build Features

• Low Pass Filter: The adjustable dial on the back allows you to set the frequency cutoff (from 38Hz up to 200Hz). This ensures the subwoofer only handles the deep bass, leaving your main speakers to focus on the mids and highs.

• Phase Switch: Includes a 0/180° phase toggle. This is crucial for ensuring the subwoofer's sound waves are in sync with your desktop speakers, preventing "bass cancellation" based on where you place it in the room.

• Minimalist Design: The cabinet uses high-quality MDF to minimize internal resonance. The front-firing driver is protected by a mesh grille, while the flared bass reflex port is side-mounted to reduce air turbulence and "chuffing."

• Auto-Standby: The T5 features an "Auto Power" mode that puts the unit into sleep when no audio signal is detected, saving energy when your PC or media player is off.

Connectivity & Setup

The back panel is straightforward, featuring RCA Line-In ports.

• Scenario A (Direct): If your speakers have a "Sub Out" port, you simply run a single 3.5mm-to-RCA or RCA-to-RCA cable to the T5.

• Scenario B (Pass-through): If your audio source (like a DAC or PC) has multiple outputs, you can feed the signal to both the speakers and the T5 simultaneously.
